The shop is quite dirty, especially the floor. The food itself is good, which is probably due to the fact that you can put the food together yourself and you can see that it is fresh. The employees. But it is even better that the shop is actually open until 10 in the evening, which is stupid if you walk into closed doors shortly after nine.

If it weren't for a star Hygiene is not very important. With 3 men behind the counter and everyone was overwhelmed with nothing to choose from because when we asked we got the answer, we got no goods, just a real juice shop. Health department will be notified

So if it worked, I wouldn't give a star. With 3 men, the employees stand behind the counter and are totally overwhelmed. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Only 2 types of bread to choose from, no salads and no sauces. When asked why this is so, we got the answer that it is just like that when we get nothing delivered. Mega unfriendly! The cookies were rock hard. I will definitely not go here again.

On June 4th in the evening very incapable staff in the shop (especially the two gentlemen). However, this is usually the case. The staff doesn't go at all. You may not believe that there are people who are underqualified for this job, but you can find them here. It is wrongly assigned, not warmed up, asked again and again and still done wrong. I'm actually a fan of Subway, but this restaurant in Bedburg looks like a completely different company. The worst subs I've ever had on a subway. In addition, a lack of hygiene and a strange atmosphere. And then a spider comes crawling out of the bag .. Coincidence? In any case, I threw 2/3 subs away. Disgusting. The meat was not heated, it was freezing.

We wanted to get a sub in the evening because the shop was already closed half an hour before the shop closed. 2 others were also in front of the shop, then it was quickly unlocked , no trace of hygiene! 3 were at work and only one served and that was a pity, never again!

In times of crisis, you should actually think that a company relies on satisfied customers who want to come back. This doesn't seem to be the case here. After our subs were handed over to us, we saw at home that there was no meat on the barbequerip. So we called and got a new one prepared. After the staff asked three times what it all comes down to, we got the new sub and drove back home. There the disappointment: not toasted, meat cold, inedible, no cheese on it as ordered. We will not come back, the three cookies won't change anything. It's a shame that the better subway in GV Mitte is closed, everything always went smoothly, even when there was a lot of customers. Here the empty shop speaks for itself

Unfortunately not recommended ..... It starts with a lack of hygiene !!! The employees are by no means competent personnel who enjoy doing their job. Which, in my opinion, are not even registered with the health department. Find the handling of the staff impossible. Pure disappointment & those who value hygiene should avoid the shop.

It is very dirty. Windows and everything around the drinks machine is glued, dirty and has not been cleaned for weeks. Tables are always dirty and NEVER wiped down by the staff, at most by the guests. The staff rude and disrespectful. Hot drinks only lukewarm. Employees park absolutely incapable although there is enough parking space. Card payment no receipt. The sockets stand out, great risk of injury!

At 17:30 on a Saturday evening no or hardly any ingredients available, employees who apparently do not understand German or do not want to understand it, sandwiches totally carelessly put together. The store has been renovated but not finished. We experienced it once in 2 years that a really good staff was there! The owner does not seem to be interested in making something better! We will not eat there too! Branch should be closed!

I like sabway, so the concept and the food, but the condition .... Sometimes you are lucky and sometimes you have that. "Sabwaykart, what's that?" Do not desert the nice man. OK. But the whole store was empty and there was something everywhere. Floor was full of paper towels. And the toilet. Toilet paper not available. Apparently a bit longer ago, since all had the towels to handwash as such use. And of course, everywhere in the bathroom have it distributed
